Claudia Petrilli, Functional Health & Integrative Nutrition Coach, host of Perimenopause Simplified podcast, and creator of The Perimenopause Method.
I’ve experienced the frustration of being dismissed by doctors while struggling with debilitating periods, digestive issues, thyroid nodules, and perimenopause symptoms in my 30s. Advocating for my health and pursuing advanced education transformed my life and inspired my mission.
For over a decade, I’ve empowered women to advocate for themselves, understand their bodies, and achieve vibrant health. I have extensive training in integrative nutrition, functional health, hormones, advanced lab testing (i.e. hair tissue mineral analysis, hormone testing, gut testing, blood chemistry), peri/menopause & hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Tonya experienced menopause in her mid-40s, fueling her passion to dive deep into women’s health. I’m busy. Will I have time for this?
Yes, there are no mandatory classes or homework; you can ask questions in the community Mon–Thurs at your convenience. Most women spend ~30 minutes per week implementing and checking in.
Are there any required group calls?
Nope, you have enough on your plate. Occasionally we host topic-specific classes or fun events to keep you motivated.
Is private coaching included?
Yes, you’ll begin with a private deep dive session, followed by a structured check-in to refine your plan as needed.
What’s the community like?
A supportive, intimate, and safe space. You’ll connect with women on the same journey in a private group (not on social media) with focused guidance and accountability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure portal. A payment plan is available; simply select it at checkout.
Can I use HSA/FSA cards?
Yes, many clients pay with HSA/FSA cards. You may have to reach out to them to get approval. If your provider requires documentation, we can supply an itemized receipt.
What if my doctor already did blood work?
We’ll review what you already have and let you know if anything important is missing. Most women try insurance first, but we offer add-on blood work packages if needed.
Will you help with HRT?
Yes, we provide education, troubleshooting tips, and access to a vetted HRT provider directory. You’ll feel confident navigating your options and optimizing your regimen (if you choose to start it).
Will I need to take a lot of supplements?
Only what’s necessary. Your plan is customized to correct deficiencies and support your goals. We keep it simple and targeted. And if something isn’t necessary, we won’t recommend it.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No strict diets. We focus on balanced, blood-sugar-friendly meals with personalized adjustments based on your needs.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?
Many women join TPM after trying multiple approaches. Our method focuses on minerals, metabolism, nervous system health, and thoughtful testing – creating a clear, targeted plan.
Can I do this if I’m on hormonal birth control?
Yes, long-term use can deplete key nutrients and affect gut health, so we focus on rebuilding foundations. You’ll benefit from the strategies inside the program, even if you’re not ready to come off birth control yet.
Can I join if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
This program is not suitable during pregnancy or early postpartum (first 6–9 months).
What happens after the 4 months?
You can continue in our Integration Membership for ongoing group support, access to discounted testing + supplements, and continued progress without losing the gains you’ve made.
Will you advise on medications or antidepressants?
We do not provide medical advice or manage prescriptions. We focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and functional testing strategies that complement your care.
What’s your refund policy?
