Tonya Romano is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with specialized training in hormones, nutrition, and women’s health after 40. After navigating menopause in her 40s, she developed a passion for helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered through midlife.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are the live trainings & how long are they?
Live trainings will alternate between lunchtime and evening Eastern Time on weekdays. All sessions will be recorded, if you can’t attend live. They will be about 30-40 minutes of teaching, followed by time for questions. Most calls are expected to last about 60 minutes.
How does group support work?
You’ll have access to a private group throughout the 6 weeks where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with other women going through similar midlife changes. Claudia and Tonya are active in the group Monday–Thursday and aim to respond within 48 business hours.
Is this only for women in perimenopause?
No. This is for women 40+ navigating midlife body changes – whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or simply noticing that what used to work no longer works.
Do I need to count macros?
We’ll teach the foundations of fueling your body in midlife, but tracking is optional, depending on goals.
What if I’m already on HRT?
Great. We’ll cover hormone changes and how nutrition, exercise, recovery, and lifestyle habits work alongside hormone therapy.
Will this tell me exactly what supplements or HRT I need?
Midlife Body Rebuild is designed to provide education, guidance, and practical next steps. You’ll be able to ask questions during our live Q&As, as well as in the group Mon-Thurs. However, more personalized support options are available after the 6 weeks, if desired.
What if I’m new to strength training?
That’s okay. This program is beginner-friendly and focused on sustainable habits.
Is this personalized coaching?
This is a group coaching experience with opportunities to ask questions and receive support. It is not individualized medical, nutrition, or fitness coaching. Additional personalized support options will be available afterward.
Will I get meal plans or workouts?
You’ll receive practical nutrition and exercise guidance, including a simple midlife meal framework, meal ideas, and a beginner-friendly strength training plan. Rather than give you a restrictive meal plan or complicated workout program, we’ll teach you how to make sustainable choices that fit your body and lifestyle.
Will this help me lose weight?
Many women find that improving nutrition, strength training, recovery, sleep, and hormone awareness helps support fat loss. However, individual results vary, and the goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier foundation that supports long-term results. In other words: don’t expect results overnight – that’s not realistic.
Can I join if I’m already eating well and exercising?
Absolutely. Many women come to work with us doing “all the right things” but still feel stuck. We’ll help you identify gaps, simplify your approach, and focus on what matters most.
What is your refund policy?
If you need to cancel before the program begins, please contact us. Once the first live training has taken place, refunds are no longer available.
