How long will this course take me to finish?

It’s really up to you! There are 6 modules with 3-6 short lessons in each, plus 4 bonus resources. You can go through the course in one weekend if you’re an action taker. But you will need some time to implement what you learn (i.e. reaching out to providers, scheduling an appointment, deciding which HRT is best for you, lifestyle changes I recommend, etc.)

How can I access the course?

The course is easily accessible via Practice Better, my client portal, and can be viewed via desktop or the convenient app!

Are there long videos to watch?

Nope! There is one welcome video (under 10 minutes), one bonus pre-recorded video training that is about 45 minutes, and the rest is content you can read right within the course modules. There are also a few downloadable PDFs. 

Is there private or group support included?

No. In order to keep the cost down, there is no support included. However, you will have the option to add a private consultation if you desire.
