I’m Claudia Petrilli, host of Perimenopause Simplified podcast. As a Functional Health Coach & Integrative Nutrition Coach, with extensive training in women’s health and 10+ years of experience, I’ve learned from the industry’s top mentors and experts in the field of hormone health.
