I’m a New Jersey-based Functional Health & Integrative Nutrition Coach who helps busy, high-achieving women over 40 navigate perimenopause with clarity and confidence. Through my signature program, The Perimenopause Method, I’ve helped hundreds of women improve fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, disrupted sleep, and weight changes using advanced lab testing, customized plans, and expert coaching. I’m also the host of Perimenopause Simplified, a top podcast for women 40+ looking for no-fluff, practical advice on hormone health, HRT, metabolism, and thriving through midlife.
And I don’t do it alone. Inside TPM, I’m supported by Tonya Romano, a skilled functional health practitioner who assists with interpreting lab results like HTMA and GI-MAP and helps shape the personalized plans we provide. Together, we make sure every woman in the program gets high-level support and real answers.
I wasn’t always a hormone expert. In my 20s, I dealt with debilitating periods and turned to birth control, hoping it would help. While it improved my cycles, I started feeling off.
My mood was unpredictable. My sleep was awful. I gained weight, lost my libido, and developed thyroid nodules, cystic breasts, and headaches. Eventually, my period stopped altogether.
I knew something wasn’t right. So I went to my doctor, hopeful for answers. Instead, she said: “It’s normal to skip periods — you should enjoy it! Or we can try another pill.”
That was my wake-up call. I realized I had to take my health into my own hands.
The Turning PointI found a new doctor and pushed for testing. That’s when I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma, a benign tumor on my pituitary gland that was overproducing prolactin.
I was prescribed medication, but I wanted to go deeper and understand why my body was so out of balance in the first place.
I turned to a functional medicine practitioner who ran comprehensive testing, not just the basics. Together, we addressed: diet, stress levels, nutrient deficiencies, gut health, and slowly, things began to shift.
For the first time in years: my period returned, my energy and mood improved, my libido came back, and the weight started to come off. That experience changed everything.
I realized how many women were struggling like I had: dismissed, misunderstood, and given quick fixes that didn’t work. So I went back to school, studied functional health and women’s hormones, and never looked back.
I started perimenopause in my late 30s, and honestly, I didn’t see it coming. The sleepless nights, mood swings, heavy periods, brain fog, and stubborn weight felt like they came out of nowhere. Even with my health coach training, I still found myself confused, frustrated, and exhausted.
Now in my 40s, I’ve lived through it: hormonal chaos, hair thinning, vaginal dryness, joint pain, anxiety, mood shifts, and being dismissed by doctors.
But after making strategic changes, replenishing key nutrients, supporting my gut, managing stress, and starting hormone therapy, I feel better than ever.
This stage of life is a turning point. There are answers. There are solutions. And I’m here to help you find them — without the guesswork or gaslighting.
You’ll find me out walking with my guy, Michael, and our (adorable but crazy) pup, Dawson. I also love curling up with a matcha, tending to my plant babies, experimenting in the kitchen, or getting lost in a good book.

I take a functional approach to women’s hormone health, helping clients optimize their diet, sleep, nervous system, digestion, movement, detoxification, and mindset—through practical, sustainable changes.
Using advanced functional testing like HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis), stool testing, and comprehensive blood work, I uncover root causes of hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic issues.
My flagship program, The Perimenopause Method, combines targeted testing, a personalized plan, science-backed education & compassionate coaching—empowering women to reclaim their health and feel better than they have in years.
I continually expand my education via courses, trainings, and more in order to best serve my clients.
