Meet The Team

Claudia Petrilli, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, host of Perimenopause Simplified podcast, and creator of The Perimenopause Method.
I know what it’s like to be dismissed by doctors while struggling with debilitating periods, digestive issues, thyroid nodules, and perimenopause symptoms. Advocating for my own health and pursuing advanced training changed my life and became my mission.
For over a decade, I’ve helped women understand their bodies, advocate for themselves, and feel like themselves again. My training spans integrative nutrition, functional health, hormones, advanced lab testing, and HRT.

Tonya Romano, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with specialized training in gut health, hormones, blood chemistry, and functional testing.
Tonya experienced menopause in her 40s, which fueled her passion for women’s health during this transition.
She holds a B.S. in Biology & Environmental Science and is a Restorative Wellness Practitioner, Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist, Certified Dietary Supplement Specialist, and Instant HTMA Professional, with advanced training in perimenopause and HRT. Her down-to-earth demeanor will make you feel fully supported.

What is the investment?
$1,997 USD pay in full or 3 x $697 USD on a payment plan.
Can I use HSA/FSA cards?
Yes, many clients pay with HSA/FSA cards. You may have to reach out to them to get approval. If your provider requires documentation, we can supply a receipt.
I’m busy. Will I have time?
Yes. No mandatory classes or group calls. Most women spend about 30 minutes per week implementing and checking in. You can ask questions Mon–Thurs at your convenience.
How much private support is included?
You get 1 x Kick Off Session and 2 x follow-up sessions to assess progress and refine your plan. You’ll also receive biweekly check-ins via private message in our client app for extra support.
What if my doctor already did blood work?
We’ll review what you have and let you know if anything important is missing. Most women use insurance first; we offer add-on blood work packages, if needed.
Will you help with HRT?
Yes, we provide education, troubleshooting, and access to our vetted state-by-state provider directory. You’ll feel confident navigating every option.
Will I need a lot of supplements?
Only what’s necessary. Your plan is customized to correct deficiencies and support your goals. If something isn’t necessary, we won’t recommend it.
Can you help me with weight loss?
Yes, most women who come to us struggle with weight. We assess your thyroid, metabolic health, stress load, diet & lifestyle. We also educate on tracking macros, if it makes sense to do so.
I’m on a GLP. Can this program help me?
Yes, it’s even more important that you get support with diet, movement, lifestyle, gut health, and nutrient imbalances when using weight loss injections.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. We focus on balanced, blood-sugar-friendly eating with personalized adjustments based on your results. Depending on your case and sensitivities, we may recommend removing gluten or dairy.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?
Many of our clients come to us after years of trying. Our method uses specialized testing to look at hormones, thyroid, metabolic health, inflammation & more – creating a targeted plan based on your data, not guesswork.
Can I do this if I’m on hormonal birth control?
Yes, long-term use can deplete key nutrients and affect gut health – we focus on rebuilding foundations.
Can I join if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
This program is not suitable during pregnancy or early postpartum (first 6–9 months).
What happens after 12 weeks?
You’ll have two options for support: continue1:1 coaching or join our membership for community support, discounted testing packages, quarterly check-ins, and continued progress.
Will you advise on medications or antidepressants?
We do not provide medical advice or manage prescriptions. We focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and functional testing strategies that complement your care.
What’s your refund policy?
