I was diagnosed with Celiac and struggled with GI issues for years. I didn’t know what I could eat that wouldn’t make me sick or experience pain. I have anxiety the weeks before and during my period. Frequently Asked Questions:
How much is the investment? We have two program options ranging from $1997-$2497 USD, depending on level of support desired. Payment plans available for both, with options to add-on additional testing – if needed and if your budget allows. Submit an application and we can discuss the best option for you.
Do you offer additional testing? Yes! In addition to an HTMA and blood work review (which give so much insight), if you’d like to dig deeper, you can add-on a gut health test and/or vaginal health test. That said, most women see overall health improvements with the initial recommendations we make and we do our best to reduce overwhelm (and cost) with clients.
What payment methods do you accept and do you take insurance? The payment processor we use is Stripe and we’re able to accept all major credit/debit cards. Health Coaching is not typically covered by insurance. However, we’ve been able to accept some FSA/HSA cards. That said, every insurance company is different, so we cannot guarantee they will cover our services. We are able to provide you with a receipt for services rendered, if they require one. You are generally able to use your FSA/HSA for supplements you purchase through Fullscript, our online dispensary, as well as blood panel orders.
What can I expect from the community? It’s an intimate, safe space with women on the same journey as you, where you can ask questions and get support from me and my team Monday-Thursday. We have Accountability Mondays, Healthy Habits Thursdays, and Check-In Fridays, with additional resources to help you. It’s a no-judgement zone, where you can make friends along the way.
Is there private support? Yes! Our premium program tier includes 3 private coaching sessions, as well as limited private messaging in our client portal.
Are there any mandatory group calls? Nope! You have enough on your plate. Occasionally we host topic-specific classes, which will be recorded.
Is there ongoing support? Yes! Once you graduate from the 4 month program, you’ll be auto-enrolled into our VIP membership for a small monthly fee (under $100/month) to remain in the community, have access to our client portal, any new resources we add, re-testing options, monthly check-ins with Claudia, and other perks.
Can you help me find an HRT provider? Yes! We include a very robust Approved HRT Providers Directory and help you advocate for yourself throughout your HRT journey.
Can you guide me on BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy)? While we cannot prescribe (you need a well-versed licensed provider), we will guide you in the right direction, provide education and resources to help you get the support you need. We also include an HRT Providers Directory (organized by state) to reduce overwhelm in finding a prescribing provider when and if the time is right to start hormone replacement therapy. If you start HRT, we help guide you in fine-tuning your regimen (with your prescribing provider) and better advocate for yourself throughout the process.
Is there a specific diet I need to follow? We don’t believe in restrictive diets or eliminating tons of foods (we love protein, fat and carbs!). You’ll get recommendations for hormone-friendly functional foods to enjoy and a handful of problematic foods to avoid. That said, depending on your unique needs, we may provide specific dietary guidelines (i.e. amount of protein/carbs to consume, low histamine diet, etc.). We share over 200 delicious recipes & meal ideas!
Do I have to take a lot of supplements? Most of us are deficient in key nutrients and it’s one of the many reasons we experience bothersome symptoms! Ideally you’d get all your nutrients from food, but unfortunately, that’s not always enough. Between depleted soil, pesticides in produce, stress, restaurant food, and eating on-the-go, assume you need some nutritional support. I believe in supplementing what’s lost and/or correcting underlying imbalances. Once we review your intake form and test results, we create a customized plan, which includes supplement suggestions.
What if I can’t get through all of the content you share? You can access the resources anytime via our secure client app. Once you enroll, you’ll create an account and login to review the material. If you’d like continued access to the resources, you’ll graduate to the VIP Membership after your 4-month program ends, at a very affordable rate.
Is this suitable for vegans? Based on research and clinical experience, I believe we thrive with animal foods in our diet. If you’re willing to eat eggs, fish, quality protein powders, collagen, etc., it may work (as long as you’re not allergic/sensitive to these foods). Please submit an application so we can determine if you’re a good fit.
Can I do this if I’m on hormonal birth control? Yes, as it’s vital to make all the food and lifestyle changes I recommend. And if you’ve been on the pill or taken any form of hormonal contraceptives, you must support nutritional deficiencies and optimize your gut health.
Can I do this if I’m pregnant or postpartum? No, this program is not for you if you are pregnant or newly postpartum.
I’m so busy! Will I have time for this? As a busy woman myself, I had other busy women (like you) in mind when creating the program. I’ve designed it so you get weekly emails guiding you, 8 easy-to-consume modules with a blend of short videos, audio, and a few short PDFs. Most of our clients are action takers, get incredible results by implementing what they learn, taking targeted supplements, and being active in our community. We love go-getters!
What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of the materials provided and costs of tests, there will be no refunds. Please email claudia@claudiapetrilli.com with any questions and/or book a complimentary call to ensure you’re a good fit for the program.
