As the host of Perimenopause Simplified podcast and a Functional Health & Integrative Nutrition Coach, with extensive training in women’s health, I’ve supported hundreds of women over the last 12 years.

But my experience isn’t just professional—it’s personal. I dealt with hormone imbalances most of my life and experienced perimenopause symptoms in my late 30s.
