I’m the host of Perimenopause Simplified podcast and a Functional Health & Integrative Nutrition Coach, with extensive training in women’s health and 10+ years of experience supporting hundreds of women.

I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in gut health, hormones, and functional testing. But more importantly, I’ve been exactly where you are.
In my early 40s, I managed perimenopause symptoms with diet and lifestyle. But at 47, menopause hit hard—hot flashes, insomnia, weight gain, and a disappearing libido. Our sex life had already taken a backseat to kids and life, but suddenly, it felt nonexistent. Finding the right approach changed everything. At nearly 50, I feel happy, energized, and more confident in my body & relationship.

How long are the modules? There are 7 modules, each with 3-4 short videos and easy-to-short PDFs.
How long will the course material be available? Take as long as you need to review the material or refer back to it. But please know group support is limited to 8 weeks. Should you desire more support, you’ll be invited to upgrade into our larger program.
Does the course include education on hormone replacement therapy? Module 7 provides an intro to HRT, when to consider it, and steps to start your journey.
